How to Remove Your Name from Adult Content Sites

As an Internet Search Provider (ISP), Google and other search engines such as Bing and Yahoo each have specific quality guidelines that are used to insure that content delivered meets certain standards. Search engines provide the ability to contact them and request that content from certain sites be removed. The guidelines are very specific:

•  The page contains your full name or the name of your business
•  The page contains adult content
•  The page is spam because it’s violating the search engines quality guidelines

Removal requests are always done by email and take a week or two to process. You will get an email response back indicating whether they believe taking action is appropriate. There is no phone number you can call, so just be patient.
